At Nommensen Law Offices, we primarily focus on the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, elder law and Title 19, elder guardianships, and real estate transactions.  However, we also remain true to our small-town “general practice” roots, which means we take cases in other areas of law as well.  If we are not able to assist you with a particular legal matter, we will gladly refer you to a local attorney who practices in that area of law.
