Nommensen Law Offices is located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin (Walworth County) and consists of attorneys David J. Nommensen and Julie H. Nommensen. We are a father-daughter team, sharing a passion for helping others. We primarily focus on the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, guardianships, and real estate transactions. However, we also remain true to our small-town “general practice” roots, which means we take cases in other areas of law as well. If we are not able to assist you with a particular legal matter, we will gladly refer you to an experienced local attorney who practices in that area of law.
Attorney David J. Nommensen has more than 30 years of legal experience in Walworth County. He spent most of his career as a general practioner, handling cases from virtually all areas of law. He now concentrates his practice in the areas in which he is most passionate: estate planning, probate, elder law, guardianships, and real estate transactions. He is a member of the esteemed National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar.
Attorney Julie H. Nommensen is relatively new to the practice of law. Using her experienced father as her mentor, she is able to provide exceptional legal representation at a lower cost.
Our office is conveniently located in downtown Elkhorn, on South Lincoln Street, between Subway restaurant and the Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce. There is ample parking in the front of the office, including handicapped parking and a handicapped entrance. In certain circumstances, we will be glad to visit clients in their homes, nursing facilities, or other locations.
